Cathrine (Katie) Harper Fulton is a graduate of East Central Community College and Mississippi State University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s of Science in Exercise Science. While completing her bachelor’s degree, Katie performed with the Famous Maroon Band including a performance at the 2007 Liberty Bowl. During her senior year, she was also a founding member and officer of Statement Independent Winterguard who became Independent Class Champions of the Mississippi Indoor Association during their first year of competition. She also served at Color Guard Captain for the FMB during her senior year. While attending graduate school, Katie served as Auxiliaries Coordinator for the FMB and worked with the Color Guard, Bully’s Belles danceline, and Feature Twirlers.
Katie has worked with numerous marching bands and colorguard groups in her over 10 years of experience. She has worked with the EMCC Mighty Lion Band for more than two years now and is excited about the upcoming season! |
